How often should I replace the cartridges and where do I purchase them?

All RO systems are designed with ease of use and low maintenance in mind. The frequency of replacing the cartridges depends on the source water quality and water usage.
For our RO Purifiers the basic filters such as sediment , activated carbon , uf Membrane , pos carbon and UV lamp needs replacement in average 12 months or if the system is built with an alarm then one may wait for the pre filter change alarm to come on.Whereas the RO membrane needs to be replaced every 2 years.
You may purchase the cartridges from our physical store or you may call us to send them to you.
We also provide in house maintenance services if requested by customers.
