If you want to return the product purchased , here’s the process you can follow: Step 1 -Initate a return or replacement by calling to our hotline number found in contacts. Step 2-Keep the product ready along with its original packaging. Step 3 – Our Representative will pick up or you may need to ship the product from the place of delivery Step 4 -We will replace the product or refund the amount within 3-7 working days. Within what time period do I have to return the product? You can conveniently return any product purchased within 10 days of receiving your shipment. How and when will I get my refund? Once your product has been collected and received, we will initiate the refund process. The refund is made to the same bank account/ credit card/ debit card which was used to pay for the purchase.
